That last one isn't a metaphor — this site's own content calendar and client pipeline run on the automation we sell. When we say we can build it for you, we mean we already built it for ourselves.
Under The Hood
No names, no screenshots that would identify a client's live product — but the real problem, the real approach, and the real outcome for each.
The problem
Players dropping connection mid-session were getting permanently kicked instead of reconnecting, and two internal identity systems used by matchmaking and progression weren't reconciling — silently corrupting PvP results.
The approach
Rebuilt the reconnect handshake to correctly read the server's session-close codes (a subtle protocol-version bug), giving players a real grace window instead of an instant kick. Unified the two identity systems and built a standing regression harness that replays real match sequences to catch reconciliation bugs before they ship.
The outcome
Reconnect grace windows now hold for up to a minute after a drop. PvP scoring is verified against an automated test harness, not manual QA.
The problem
A blockchain-integrated economy needed a way for players to redeem or destroy arbitrary tokens for the platform's native currency, without opening a path for players to mint value out of thin air or drain the reward treasury.
The approach
Built two independent burn paths — a non-custodial swap players can verify on-chain themselves, and a custodial buyback-and-burn path for higher-volume cases — both gated behind feature flags and rolled out devnet-first. Every burn sink in the economy follows a "made whole before burn" rule, so the treasury is never left short.
The outcome
Two independent burn mechanisms shipped in code, gated for controlled rollout rather than a rushed mainnet launch.
The problem
Producing a kids' animated series and a companion comic/media series both demanded a steady release cadence, but hand-producing music, animation, and layout for every episode doesn't scale.
The approach
Built a generalized song-and-animation pipeline that turns a script into a fully scored, animated episode. Separately, a pipeline where one set of source panels drives both a print/web comic and an animated video cut — one asset, two deliverables, instead of two production efforts.
The outcome
Multiple channels now run on scripted, repeatable production pipelines instead of manual editing per episode.
The problem
A small local shop needed daily marketing content and consistent outreach, without the time budget to write, design, and personalize all of it by hand every day.
The approach
Built a self-refilling content calendar — drafts, brand-derived graphics, and scheduling that automatically adapts to the platform's own posting limits — plus a parallel lead-prospecting pipeline that scrapes, scores, and drafts personalized outreach daily, with a live dashboard and stale-follow-up alerts.
The outcome
Both systems run today, refilling themselves daily and weighting future output toward whatever's actually performing as real data accumulates.
